The numbers are staggering who this issue affects. Please pray for understanding and a cure. This is such a difficult issue…not only for the child but for the family. I am so encouraged by the sheer genius of my students…but with these great blessings also comes many struggles.

April 2nd is World Autism Awareness Day. There’s a load of awareness programs and fundraisers happening around the world. A lot of buildings are also celebrating the day by lighting up blue in honor of Autism Speaks. The group says the developmental disability affects 1 in every 88 children. It also has no medical detection or cure.
