Do you keep lists for your to do lists? I do. I use the Cozi online calendar and to do lists. (Cozi.com) This is a  free tool that I LOVE!!! I plan online the week…as best as I can. Then I print it out to carry in my bag all week. I also hand write any extras I might need to quick add. I still love handwriting the tweaking. 

I LOVE the additional offerings for to do lists. I use these with my sweet husband and children. And I love the grocery shopping lists. I can keep a list for each store I go to or keep all on one list (I subdivide the list). I just print all out, staple together, pass out the children’s lists and go!!

I love planning as best as I can. I also plan my menus for each day. There is an upgraded version of this. But I honestly find that I can do it just as easily and just as effectively myself in the daily entries. I then load my grocery list with items needed for this planning as well.

I have become a much faster typer than writer and so this tool is fantastic!! I also have an app on my phone if I forget the printouts, I can also look on my phone. I still love all the beautiful calendars and I do carry a small freebie year calendar in my purse for planning with family and friends while away from my computer or if I am on the phone outside of my home making appointments or other planning. But essentially Cozi does the job. I try to plan on Friday or Saturday my week as they email the calendar on Sunday to my inbox. Though you can print at any time…but the week printout is Sunday -Saturday.

Easy peasy and fully useful for them as well. There are even communication options as well!! OK….OK I am going on way too much!!
